FGC targets communities in secondary and tertiary markets throughout the Midwest. We target mid - large size apartment communities that can absorb the cost of in house management and maintenance. The key to long term success in multi family is the customer experience, which is why we believe it is crucial to keep as much of the management in house as possible.
